It’s been 11 weeks and I continue to be pleased and amazed with the results. The absence of the abdominal burden (a.k.a. fat) I carried for so long has allowed me to increase my activity, and I am more flexible and energetic…. I then felt good enough to begin walking and renew an exercise routine. All that led to hiking the hills… Allan commented that he could not remember me being so confident and limber. I simply felt free to move in a way I did not remember…. I’m happy to say that my pants were so big I had to buy new ones. My size changed from 16 to 12, and I have given up the elastic waist style….
